I can’t decide what videos to send. Do you have any advice on this?

Please check out the all inclusive package.  My goal in creating this business was to take this burden off of you.  Upload the videos to me and go hang out with your kiddos!

Otherwise my tip is to create a folder on your phone or computer. Slowly go through your videos and save them to that folder that you want to use for your film. When you have them all saved to that folder, then you will upload those specific videos to me.

I only have a DVD player hooked up to my TV.  Can I get a DVD?

DVD’s are phasing out and I normally do not offer them.  If we cannot figure out another way for you to get your film, a DVD can be purchased at an additional cost.

We just went on an awesome family vacation and I have so many photos and videos from our trip.  Can you edit them all together to create something?

I love that you want to create something special with all those photos & videos!

At this time, Reinvented Home Movies is only focusing on the moving pictures. Send all your vacation videos and we can edit a specific film for your family vacation!

 If you are still interested in doing something with photos, please hang in there. I will be offering this option soon. Right now my workflow is focusing on videos so I can get the videos out as quickly as possible!

Can I add a few important photos to my Reinvented Home Movie?

You can add up to 5 still photographs to be included with your videos. The reason I am not offering additional photos to be added, is the change in my work flow. I have a lots of projects coming in and to get done efficiently, I am just editing video clips together at this time.

What payment method do you accept?

I accept all major credit cards and personal checks. Payment is due before beginning project. All checks will be cleared before I start working on your project.

How do I organize my files to get to you?

I do not put the files in order. If your files are out of order when I receive them, this is the way they will be in your film. But most of the time, this isn’t an issue. Your computer/phones “date/time stamp” each clip and this transfers over to me. I am able to put them in order if the “time stamp” is correct. I will be putting together a video series to help with issues like this. Stay tuned!

I have a small business, am I able to take video and you edit it?

I love working with small businesses! I actually focus on this with my video production company. I would be happy to help you. There are some differences with video work when it comes to commercial work so I take cares of all that through Simply Shire Video Production. I am a very private person and I do not want my videos shown on social media. What do you do to maintain privacy?

I completely understand. The videos that have been shown online, are only done so with my clients permission. You have the option to let me post online and share publicly. Also note that after I have completed your film and there are no changes, I delete your videos from my library so they are no longer in my database.

This whole process sounds overwhelming. Can you paraphrase one more time exactly what I have to do?

Select your package (all-inclusive, which I do the deciding or Custom - you must select your clips). Once payment is made, I send you a link to upload your videos to. This can be done completely from your phone, especially if you do not have your videos backed up anywhere! I will send a note about how to do this quickly and efficiently. Then your part is done! I edit together a film for you and you will receive a digital copy when completed!
